• Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure your booking.

• Second Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $549 is due to confirm your reservation.

• Scheduled Payment: A payment of $274.50 is due 30 days after the second deposit.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance of $274.50 must be paid in full by April 1, 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: 

- Trip price is for double occupancy in twin rooms

• 50% of total trip price paid 6 months before the trip

• 100% of total trip price paid 3 months before the trip

Travel Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Guidelines

1. Non-Refundable Deposits:

   • The initial $75 deposit and the subsequent $549 deposit are non-refundable under any circumstances. These payments secure your booking and cover costs.

2. Cancellation Requests:

   • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to at jesswanderlust08@gmail.com or through our official contact form.

   • The date of receipt of your cancellation request will determine applicable refund amounts, if any.

   • Refunds for payments beyond the non-refundable deposits will follow the terms set by the cruise line or travel provider. These terms may vary based on the proximity of the cancellation date to the travel departure date.

   • Please note that certain payments may be non-refundable based on the package purchased or vendor policies.

3. Travel Insurance:

   • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation. However, if you cancel for PERSONAL reasons, including work-related issues, financial-issues, family-issues, or fear of travel, the insurance does not cover those reasons, and neither can we!
